Frame Relay Header (collapsible layer within the decode)
DLCI address (Data Link Contol Identifier)
FECN, BECN and DE bits

Higher Level Protocols (collapsible layers within the decode)
in this case TCP/IP with TCP Port 'chargen'

Filters: filter on DLCI Address, FECN, BECN and DE bits
(Forward Explict Congestion Notification bit, Backward ... and Discard eligibility bits)
